Cindy Kim, MD, FAAP

Dr. Cindy H. Kim, FAAP, is a board certified pediatric physician who began practicing at the Ashburn Village office of Capital Area Pediatrics (now relocated to Ashburn at Ryan Park) in 2004. Dr. Kim completed her pediatric residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children in 2004. She received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 2001. She graduated with Honors from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997. She is bilingual in Korean and English and she has a special interest in newborn care and childhood development. Dr. Kim grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, and attended Thomas Jefferson High School. She and her husband, a dentist in Sterling, have three children. She enjoys spending lots of time with family and friends and, in her free time, has an interest in traveling and crafts.
