Meet Mitra Mays, DO

Dr. Mays completed her residency at Inova Children’s Hospital in 2023 and attended medical school at VCOM in Blacksburg, Virginia. She is particularly interested in newborn care, eczema, health promotion, and mental health. Dr. Mays is a Northern Virginia native and lives with her husband and their son in the area. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, and reading.
